| 摘 要： | 本文利用灰色系统中有关理论，筛选出划分渔区类型的4个指标。并利用灰色综合评价模型确定了纯渔区、半渔区和非渔区划分的指标限值。纯渔区划分标准为：综合相对指标值在50%及其以上，或海洋捕捞产量在10万吨及其以上；半渔区划分标准为：综合相对指标值在25%-50%，或海洋捕捞产量在2万吨及其以上；非渔区划分标准为：综合相对指标值在25%以下，或海洋捕捞产量在2万吨以下。

| Abstract: | The paper chooses four indicators applying for dividing fishing areas based on grey theory.And the indicator limits are determined to divide into fishing area semi-fishing area and non-fishing area. The standard for fishing area as follows the synthesis relative indiator is 50% and above or the marine fishing catch is 100 thousands tones and above. The standard for semi-fishing area as follows the synthesis relative indicator is betwween 25% and 50%or the marine fishing catch is 20 thousands tones and above.The standard for non-fishing area as follows the synthesis relative indicator is 25% belowor the marine fishing catch is 20 thousands tones below. |
