| 摘 要： | 文章对体制不同的发达经济体——美国、日本的地方政府债券的评级思路与方法进行了简要评析，对我国现实中的地方政府债券的评级状况进行了简要介绍，对符合我国国情的科学的地方政府债券信用评级思路和方法提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The first part this paper summarizes the approaches of credit risk evaluation on bonds of state government in US and Japan, the second part summarizes the means of credit risk evaluation on bond of local government in China, finally, this paper bring forwards some suggestions for credit risk evaluation on bond of local government in China. |
