| 摘 要： | 我国正处在城市化进程快速发展时期,也是小城镇房地产开发的黄金时段。文章对我国小城镇房地产开发存在的土地利用不合理、房地产市场不完善和物业管理不规范等问题进行了综合叙述,据此提出了从宏观调控入手完善小城镇房地产开发的具体措施,为我国小城镇房地产发展提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | At present,urbanization has been under rapid development in China,it is also the golden time to develop the real estate in small towns.This paper gives a comprehensive presentation of the problems during the development,such as inefficient use of land,the defective real estate market and nonstandard property management.Specific measures are suggested to improve the developing course from the perspective of macro-control based on the statement.This paper can be served as reference material during the development of the real estate development in small towns of China. |
