跨国公司社会责任弱化问题研究

改革开放以来,跨国公司以其先进的发展战略和管理理念,在中国的经济发展中发挥了重要作用,但近年来,部分跨国公司社会责任的缺失也引起了社会的广泛关注。以跨国公司在中国社会责任的缺失为研究对象,利用利益相关者理论,从跨国公司股东、中国政府,消费者和媒体及社会有关组织四个方面,对这一现象产生的原因进行了分析,并对规制跨国公司如何履行社会责任提出了相关的政策建议。

The Immoral Multinational Corporations in Social Responsibility in China

Since the reform and opening up, the immoral multinational companies has played an important role in China＇s economic de- velopment, for its advanced development strategy and management philosophy, but in recent years, the lack of part of the immoral muhina- tional corporations＇ social responsibility has also caused widespread concern in society.This paper take the lack of social responsibility of immoral multinational companies in China to study, using stakeholder theory, analyzing the causes of this phenomenon from shareholders of multinational companies, the Chinese government, consume~ and the media and social organizations these four aspects, then making rele- vant policy recommendations to fulfill their social responsibility well.
