| 摘 要： | 国际金融危机使我国转变经济发展方式问题更加突显。河南经济增长主要依靠投资拉动、第二产业带动和增加物质资源消耗维持的局面尚未改变,这影响着河南经济的可持续发展。因此,要加快产业结构调整,扩大居民消费需求,加强自主创新体系建设,完善政绩考评机制等,积极推进河南经济发展方式转变,真正实现河南经济又好又快发展。
