| 摘 要： | 家族企业作为我国民营企业最普遍的制度安排,在经济学界一直是一个争议的焦点。一般将"家族制企业"视为是一种低效、落后的前现代企业组织形态。那么为什么我国众多企业都愿意"锁定"家族企业这样一种"低效、落后"的制度安排?本文试图从影响家族企业制度变迁的需求与供给因素解释这个现象。

| Abstract: | Family business as the commonest institution of civilian-operated business has been a focus of controversy in economic circles. ＂Family Business＂ is normally considered as a backward institution of the former modern business with low efficiency .Then why are many business willing to be ＂ locked in＂ a ＂low-backward＂ institution of the family business？ This paper tries to explain this phenomenon from the demand and supply factors of the family business institutional change. |
