和谐社会构建中的社会保障制度建设

我国社会保障制度建设起步较晚,近来得到了党和国家的高度重视,取得了一定成效,但社会保障覆盖范围还很小,覆盖率很低,与构建社会主义和谐社会的要求有很大差距。本文选取社会保障制度中养老保险为研究对象,对我国养老保险存在的问题进行探讨,并对完善我国养老保险制度提出对策建议。

Social protection system construction in harmonious society construction

The construction of social security system in China is lagging.In recent,the government attaches great importance to social security system and has got great progress.But the social security system cannot request the needs to construct harmonious society,for its small scope and low insurance level.The main body of this paper is to study the endowment insurance.Based on the analyses of the current situation of the endowment insurance,the paper provides some policy measures for promoting the social security system.
