| 摘 要： | 工程风险管理最基本的内容就是让建设项目各方清楚地认识到有哪些风险，以及风险的大小和处理措施。工程保险属于工程保障体系的范畴，是工程合同履约风险管理的有效手段。通过实行工程保险制度，使建设主体有关各方在自身利益的驱动下，守信履约，促进规范运作，确保工程质量。

| Abstract: | The most basic content of project risk management is to make each party of the construction project realize clearly what kinds of risks there exist, and how to value and deal with them. Project insurance belongs to the scope of the project security system, and it is the effective managerial measure of risk of performing project contract. Carrying out the project insurance system can increase the relative parties' credit of observing contracts and further ensure the quality of the project. |
