| 摘 要： | 2003年下半年,我国农产品价格出现了自1996年以来的首次全面大幅上涨,并持续至今。应如何看待这一轮的农产品价格上涨?其直接的原因可以解释为市场机制作用中供求关系变化。然而,透过这个直接的表面原因,我们可以看到农产品价格上涨其实凸现出我国农业发展相对滞后这个更深层次的经济发展过程中的重大矛盾。加快农业发展,保持农业非农产业的平衡发展是国民经济持续稳定增长的必然要求。

| Abstract: | For the first time since 1996,the price of agriculture produce is rising significantly in the latter half of 2003.How to consider this phenomenon? It can be explained that the market mechanism is functioning because of the change of demand and supply.But in reality,it is caused by the lag of agriculture compared with industries in economic development.It is necessary to quicken agricultural development and keep the equilibrium in all industries for the stable and healthy increase and development of national economy. |
