| 摘 要： | 政策网络理论兴起于20世纪70年代，并逐渐在公共政策等领域得以广泛应用。本文对政策网络的理论来源、概念界定以及不同学派的主要观点进行了评述，并基于研究现状，提出了未来的研究展望。
