| 摘 要： | 针对泰兴市耕地资源面临的态势，提出了泰兴市耕地资源保护的对策，包括科学编制规划，建立土地利用规划实施体系；大力推行土地使用制度改革。加强土地整理，中低产田改造，推进农业产业结构调整；加强耕地质量保护等。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the cultivated land resources for the future utilization,it is pointed out that the factors limiting the cultivated land utilization are as follows:The worsen relationship between human and land with the increasing population.The reserve cultivated land resources are scare.Furthermore,the quality of cultivated land resources become poorer.Therefore,the strategy and effective measures for the protection of the cultivated land resources have been proposed. |
