| Abstract: | This paper introduces the concept and the characteristics of water resources carrying capacity,analyzed further driving factors which influence the water resources carrying capacity in Liaoning province by applying Principal Component Analysis Method in the assumed conditions. The result shows the trait and the existing questions of water resources in Liaoning province, introduced the methods of improving the water resources carrying capacity. |
