| 摘 要： | 成本的高低直接影响企业的各项经营指标.石油企业成本的高低与国家政策、资源状况、生产规模、企业的组织形式和管理水平、科技水平等有关.要从根本上降低成本,就要转换企业经营机制摒弃"以原油生产为中心"的思想,确立"以经济效益为中心"的思想.文章主要从开展成本管理活动入手,提高全体员工的成本意识,转变经营观念,本着"成本管理创效益,节约挖潜要效益,修旧利废增效益"的原则,大力开展节能降耗、修旧利废工作,充分调动广大员工的积极性,通过全员努力,达到降本增效的目的.
