| 摘 要： | 金融发展的伦理性质客观上要求建立制度化的金融伦理运行机制，维护金融交易的道德规范和诚信体系。主流金融经济学对金融伦理的忽视使金融发展面临着种种尴尬局面。针对我国金融领域的伦理冲突，必须增强伦理导向，提升金融道德水准，确立金融市场的道德规范，形成一种提倡金融伦理文化的社会价值体系。

| Abstract: | Because of the ethical properties of financial development,it is necessary to establish the financially ethical mechanism,which can maintain the morals norms and trustworthiness systems of financial trades.The mainstream financial economics neglects financial ethics and faces all kinds of embarrassing situations.Aiming at the ethical conflicts in China' financial market,it is important to increase the moral supplies,to promote the financial morals level,to build a social value system that advocates financial ethics. |
