| 摘 要： | 施工阶段的投资控制，主要是利用资金累计曲线进行资金使用分析，及时发现投资发生偏差的原因；同时建立完善的组织体系，控制工程的计量与支付，防止和减少索赔，按照合同和财务计划付款。

| Abstract: | Investment control during construction phase is achieved through analysis on accumulated fund usage curve,identification of discrepancies from projections and their sources over the course.In the meantime,it is vital to establish a comprehensive system for progress assessment and payment control to prevent/reduce compensations as a result of legal disputes,and for standardizing payments based on contract terms and financial regulations. |
