| 摘 要： | 当前，各个电力调度的应用系统逐步朝一体化整合方向发展，迫切需要不同系统闻都遵循一个标准的、开放的电力系统信息模型，因此出现了CIM模型。文章利用IEC61970中的CIM模型对电力系统的器件进行建模和描述，设计数据库各类表的字段，可以有效地提高数据库事务的执行效率。

| Abstract: | At the point, application system for power switching gradually becomes integrated, which calls for a standard open power system module, thus the CIM module was turned up. The article, by using CIM module in IEC 61970, establishing and describing the parts of the system and designs data in the database, it can effectively improve the efficiency of database. |
