| 摘 要： | 皖江四市区位独特,具有区域经济协调发展的基础条件。只要有效地消除阻碍协调发展的体制、市场等因素,树立区域经济协调发展的新理念,以统一规划为前提,采取推进产业互补发展、组建产业集群,加快市场化改革以及促进区域合作等措施,定能担负起安徽东向发展中的排头兵作用。 |

| Abstract: | The four cities along the Yangtze River have peculiar locations,which provides favorable conditions for regional economic coordinate development.Only effectively eliminating the system and market which impedes the coordinate development,fostering new concepts for the development,taking the measures of propelling complementary development,organizing industry group,speeding up market reform and promoting regional cooperation,can they play the leading role in the development eastward in Anhui. |
