| Abstract: | Starting from the concept of building intelligent system, the paper explores the close relationship among the cost, schedule and quality control in the construction process of building intelligent project. Through studying their balance mechanism to find their balance points and at the premise of ensuring the project＇s quality and process, the construction cost of construction project is reasonably lowered. |
