| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,国家一系列整改政策的提出给我省农业带来了生机,农民种粮的热情高涨,但农村土地流转中还存在不少问题,影响了我省农业的发展和农民增收。对此,应深入探讨农村土地流转问题,为农业农村经济发展和农民增收服务。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening up,the detrusion of a series of corrective policies has brought vitality of agriculture in our province.The peasants have great enthusiasm for growing grain while there are some problems in rural land circulation which affect the development of agriculture and peasants incomes.Consequently,we should discuss the problem of rural land circulation in depth and serve for the rural economic development in agriculture and increasing the income of peasant. |
