山东省中小企业员工心理契约的实证研究

摘    要:员工心理契约是员工对自己与组织相互责任的理解与认知。文章从员工的视角出发,采用自行研制的问卷,对山东省的10家中小企业共550名员工进行了员工心理契约的实证研究。通过对员工心理契约的两个方面——组织责任和员工责任的研究,得出了其三维结构、人口统计变量的差异性以及两者问的相互关系。最后,在总结研究结论的基础上,对未来的研究方向进行了展望。
