基于余弦决策法的中小机场通航点选择

机 场的通航点是提高机场吞吐量以及收入的重要因素。通航点选择是一个多指标决策问题。确定指标的权重时，本文采用了信息熵确定法，再利用余弦公式，比较决策方案与理想方案的差异，建立通航点选择的优化模型。通过对无锡机场的案例分析，验证了余弦决策法的有效性，并为中小机场通航点的优化选择提供一种可操作的方法。

Target Modes of Private-owned Enterprises in Northeastern China

Priv ate-owned enterprises are the most active part in market economic operation,but during the process of economic development,private-owned enterprises activity and superiority are not entirely presented in Northeastern China.Due to the spec ialization of Northeastern Chinas industrial structure and ownership structure ,private-owned enterprises in northeastern China are in the sandwich position al l the time.According to the Northeastern Chinas regional features and theory o f comparative advantages,four development modes could be chosen,which includes c omplementary development,export-oriented development,resource-dependent developm ent and technology-dependent development.This paper also summarizes the factors which limit the implementation of target modes;at last,it analyses the correspon dent operating mechanism and countermeasures.
