An Analysis of Diversification Strategy for the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise

Based on the study of two typical companies,this paper analyzes the common error and feature of SMEs during the course of diversification,and concoldes that the fuzzy logic especially excessive pursuit of growth,characterize SME’s diversification.And we think that diversifying rapidly and high strategic rigid will result in the high risk.At last,we propose countermeasures from the business model and corporate governance point of view.
