| 摘 要： | 基础设施建设是持续发展之本。民间资本投资基础设施领域对加快我国基础设施建设步伐,促进经济发展,解决民间资本出路,减少由于资本投资不当带来负面影响具有重要意义。文章在对民间资本参与基础设施建设的现状和存在问题分析的基础上,给出了促进民间资本投资基础设施建设的对策建议。
