合同能源管理与安徽省低碳经济发展途径刍议

推行合同能源管理对于推动低碳经济的发展有着重要的意义。低碳经济的实质是节能减排,但是一味强调节能减排,对于大多数企业、建筑工程来说并不能积极主动地去响应,因为节能减排就意味着在企业产值减少的同时还增加了一部分节能减排的成本支出,最终影响企业的效益。然而,目前政府推行合同能源管理这一举措,却可以利用这一类提供节能服务的企业把节能减排转变为企业行为和市场行为,更大限度地去发展低碳经济。
