| 摘 要： | 商务成本的降低会导致外部资本流入的增加和原有资本流出的减少。铜陵市在资源型城市转型过程中存在生产要素成本和市场成本的压力,制约了该市产业的发展。文章研究认为应大力发展基础设施建设,增强集聚经济,加大人力资源开发力度以及强化政府服务功能等,营造良好的发展环境,降低商务成本,促进铜陵市实现跨越式发展。
