| Abstract: | Based on the statistics data of investigation result, from aspect ofrailway staff, this paper analyzes the demand of each service informationsupplied by railway as well as the way they are provided. The paper also bringsforward advices on improvement of railway passenger service quality. Thefoundation is then laid for the construction of railway passenger servicecomprehensive information system. |
