| 摘 要： | 探矿权是企业或个人依法有偿获得的一种所有权。探矿权的价值有几种表现形式,虚拟的探矿权的价值无法以确切的价值加以衡量。当完成规定的最低勘查投入后,形成地质成果,通过不同的方法对探矿权的价值分别加以确认。探矿权价值的计价方法分别有:投入成本法、专家评估法和市场认定法。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the value confirmation and valuation methods concerning mineral prospecting rights respectively. It points out that mineral prospecting rights is an ownership that the enterprises and individuals can obtain with compensation according to the law; there are several manifestations with regard to the value of mineral prospecting rights; the virtual value can not be measured in terms of exact value; the value of mineral prospecting rights can not be confirmed respectively by different methods until the fixed minimum exploration investment has been completed and produced geological achievements. Valuation methods of mineral prospecting rights include: cost of investment, expert appraisal and market cognizance. |
