中国企业自主创新的现状与实证研究

随着中国市场经济的不断发展,企业在竞争中开始注重自主创新。选取了中国1992年—2007年企业自主创新的历史数据,以发明专利授权数量来量化企业自主创新的产出,对企业自主创新的产出与企业自主创新的投入进行协整分析与因果关系检验,建立了二者之间的误差修正模型。结果表明中国企业自主创新的产出与资金、人才两大要素高度相关;在资金和人才两大要素中,资金对企业自主创新的贡献程度更大些。因此,提出了建立以企业为主体的自主创新体系,并以市场方式加强对企业自主创新要素支持的政策建议。

An Empirical Study on the Status of Enterprises' Independent Innovation in China

With the development of market economy,enterprises begin to pay more attention to independent innovation in competition.By making use of historical date of enterprise independent innovation from 1992 to 2007 in China,the study uses the quantity of approved patens to measure the output of business independent innovation.The co-integration analysis and causality test are used for testifying the investment and output of business independent innovation and formulating their error amendment model.Results indicate that the output of business independent innovation in China is closely related with capital and talent,and the contribution of capital is greater than that of talent.Therefore,China should establish independent innovation system in which enterprises should be the principal part,and government should provide financial support to independent innovation in a market way.
