摘    要:气体钻井技术是欠平衡钻井技术的延伸和完善,采用气体钻井技术解决了机械钻速不高、复杂地质条件下井漏等重大钻井难题,并且是发现低压低产储层、保护油气层、提高油气产量的重要手段。但是,空气钻井技术的广泛应用,给现有的录井方法造成了很大影响。文章研究分析了气体钻井条件下录井施工的要求和特点,以及气体钻井条件下制约录井技术发展的关键因素,建议建立一套完整的实时录井监控机制,集成气体钻井井壁稳定预测、出水量计算、纯气体钻井、雾化钻井、泡沫钻井、充气钻井和燃爆检测、工程监测及排砂管线气体成分、湿度、压力、噪声检测等技术,研发气体钻井监测系统,开发随钻录井技术装备,形成一套满足空气、氮气钻井配套的工艺技术装备,实现空气钻井钻前、钻中、钻后的全方位管理。

Geological Logging Technology and Equipment Requirements under the Condition of Gas Drilling

Abstract:Gas drilling technology is the extension and improvement of underbalanced drilling one.The technology not only deals with problems of slow speed of mechanical drilling and well leakage under the complicated geological conditions,but is an important method of discovering low-pressure and low-production reservoir,reservoir formation protection and improving petroleum production.However,the wide application of such technology has great influence upon the current geological logging. The paper mainly analyzes the construction requirements and features of geological logging under the condition of gas drilling and some key elements which restrict the development of geological logging and advises to set up a set of real-time monitor system which can stably predict the sidewall,calculate water yield,includes gas drilling,mist drilling,foam drilling,aerated drilling and can test the burning explosion,the project,the elements of gas,humidity and pressure in draining sand pipe and the noise.The development of such system can achieve pre-drilling,while-drilling and post-drilling management.
