摘    要:在硫酸法钛白粉的生产过程中,一般采用薄膜蒸发器进行稀钛液的浓缩。这种蒸发器高效节能,但在实际生产中容易产生严重的结垢现象,既影响了生产能力的发挥,又增加了蒸汽消耗,浪费了能源。经过化验分析确定产生结垢的物质主要是硫酸钙,影响其结垢的因素有温度、溶液中含盐浓度、压力、误操作等。针对这些影响因素,提出了一系列的改进措施,实施后,结垢现象大为减轻,生产得以顺利进行。

Abstract:Thin -film evaporator is used to concentrate liquid titanium in production of sulfate titanium dioxide in general. This evaporator is energy - efficient, but it can easily cause serious fouling phenomenon in actual production, which not only affects the exertion of production capacity ,increases steam consumption and wastes energy. Calcium sulfate is the main substance which produce fouling after laboratory analysis, and factors affecting the scaling are temperature, salt concentration contained in solution,pressure,misuse and so on. In response to these factors,a series of improvement measures were put forward. Scaling phenomenon was greatly reduced after implementation, and production can proceed smoothly.
