| 摘 要： | 国库集中支付制度,是政府财政支出管理的一种模式。我国高校经过几年的试点、推广,现已全面实行国库集中支付制度。国库集中支付制度具有自身的优越性,其科学理念对高校财务管理产生了重大影响。高校在具体的实践中也面临着前所未有的困难。本文针对高校推行国库集中支付制度的实际情况,简要分析改革过程中出现的部分阻碍,经过探讨提出切实可行的对策。

| Abstract: | The system of treasury central payment has been put into practice in China＇s colleges and universities since 2002 and it became very popular step by step after experiment and spread.The system has a lot of superiority, and its thought has a great effect upon financial management.The colleges and universities have been confronted with unfamiliar difficulties through practical experience.This essay analyses the obstacles in the process of reform and provide feasible tactics. |
