国有中小企业职工内部培训之浅见

摘    要:人力资源是当今经济社会发展最核心的要素之一。国有中小企业由于其体制的制约和所处的环境限制,没能为人才的培养创造良好的条件,造成国有中小企业人才紧缺,大大削弱了企业的市场社会竞争力。文章结合靖西县水利电业有限公司的实际,对企业人力资源进行深入分析,并把中小企业的职工分为经营管理人员、专业技术人员、生产岗位人员三大类,针对各类职工特点作出企业内部培训方案,为培养和开发企业人才创造条件。

Humble Opinion on Workers Internal Training in Medium and Small-sized State-owned Enterprises

Abstract:Human resources are one of the key elements in current economic and social development. For its limits of system and circumstances, medium and small-sized state-owned enterprises fail to provide favorable condition to foster talent, which results in its talent shortage and lower market competition. In the paper, combining facts of Jingxi Water Conservancy and Electric Power Co.,Ltd., enterprise human resources are deeply analyzed and employees are divided into business managers, professionals and technicians, production staff positions. In view of various characteristics of workers, enterprise internal training programs are raised, which provide good chance for fostering and developing enterprise talent.
