二重社会制度结构的困厄——对20世纪中国乡村合作经济困境的一种尝试性诠释

制度结构的特征直接影响制度变迁的方向和进程,制度结构决定着制度选择集合和制度选择的空间。中西方社会制度结构上的多元与二重的差异性,决定了内生于西方的合作经济制度,在被移植嵌入到中国乡村而作为一种制度安排在"强制"状态下单兵推进时,其原来与之匹配的各种制度之间协调演进而形成的均衡机制已不复存在,故而在运行方面出现的合作社的"异化"和"异化"的合作社等困境是情理之中的事情。对此探讨或许会有助于政府在倡导新农村建设运动时的制度安排。

The Restriction of the Dual Social Structure——A Tentative Interpretation of Chinese Rural Cooperative Economic Organization Predicament in the 20th Century

The feature of system structure directly affects the direction and process of system changes.The system structure determines the space of system choice.The cooperative economy which is born in the west was embedded in the Chinese village forcibly and solely.However,Chinese system structure and culture background are very different from the west.Therefore,the equilibrium mechanism of the cooperative economy and its matching systems doesn't exist.In other words,the system or the structural environment of the whole community doesn't exist.It is reasonable that dissimilating cooperative organization or dissimilar cooperative organization appears.Perhaps this study will help the government to arrange system at the time of new rural construction campaign.
