| 摘 要： | 本文基于对我国《反不正当竞争法》严重滞后于社会发展现实的认识，主张构建我国不同法律协同运作、内容完整、协调统一的《反不正当竞争法》法律体系。文章阐释了现行《反不正当竞争法》的缺陷，并提出对《反不正当竞争法》的立法建议。
