| Abstract: | The article address that how to apply treaty in a nation is the matter that belongs to a sovereign state. Nowadays, the legal provisions of treaty are more and more complicated. Therefore, we should unite the mode of adoption and transformation to apply treaty in China, but the mode of transformation should be more applied. The status of treaty does not take definitoly priority of the national law. |
