摘    要:传媒社会功能的发挥建立在规模经济和范围经济的属性基础上。美国传媒实行商业化、市场化和产业化的运作模式,企业发展的规律和传媒固有的经济属性必然要求传媒集团选择并购等集中化发展的战略。同时,围绕传媒经济属性的传媒技术、市场结构、全球化经济和相关法律成为美国传媒集中化发展的成因。
