| 摘 要： | 随着“中国一东盟自贸区”建设的加速推进，广东与东盟合作，尤其是与越南经济合作面临十分难得的机遇。越南作为东盟重要成员、重要合作对象的位置日益明朗。由于在经济发展模式上广东与越南非常相似，因此后危机时代广东面临的挑战也许将是越南明天面临的挑战。广东正在进行战略转型升级，表现为对加工贸易进行“转方式、调结构”、进行技术创新、提高利用外资水平、推进市场多元化、建立风险机制等，这些经验可供越南参考。
