| 摘 要： | 根据1997-2007年西安市房地产价格与GDP数据进行分析，运用平稳性检验、协整检验和Granger因果检验等统计分析方法对西安市房地产价格与GDP之间的关系进行实证分析。结果表明，西安市房地产价格与GDP之间存在着长期稳定的动态均衡关系，GDP波动是房地产价格波动的Granger原因。
