| 摘 要： | 就山东省情况来看,外商直接投资与区域就业增长之间存在着长期均衡关系。对于各产业就业而言,存在着明显的拉动效应。外商直接投资资本每增长1%,长期来看带动山东省就业增加0.053%。但外商直接投资的就业效应在短期内存在波动、且为负值。针对这种波动,应该采取具有针对性的政策措施,加以熨平。

| Abstract: | The situation in Shandong province shows that there is a long-term relationship of balance between foreign direct investment and regional employment growth.Foreign direct investment also obviously stimulates employment in various industries.In the long run,a 1% increase in foreign direct investment increases employment by 0.053% in Shandong.However,the short-term employment effect of foreign direct investment fluctuates and is negative.Policies and measures are needed to address these fluctuations. |
