浅谈多层房屋顶层常见裂缝的防治

多层砖混结构房屋顶层墙体产生裂缝是普遍存在的质量通病,其危害不可低估:裂缝一般都在建筑外墙装饰装修完工之后显露出来,如果没有一定的技术设备条件很难对其进行修补和控制;裂缝在风吹、日晒、雨淋和其它自然外力作用下不断扩展,将造成外墙渗漏、装饰层破坏脱落,影响建筑物的正常使用功能;裂缝继续扩展,最终对房屋结构产生破坏性影响,缩短使用寿命,给房屋使用者的工作学习及生命财产安全造成严重危害。本文分析了多层砖混结构房屋顶层墙体裂缝的形态及产生机理,给出了防治裂缝的一些有效措施。
