摘    要:本课题主要以串联谐振型感应加热电源为研究对象,通过移相谐振全桥软开关控制器UC3879对逆变侧电源设计了零电压全桥移相控制电路。获得了与理论相吻合的PWM移相波形,实现了输出波形0°-180°范围的移相;通过实验分析,验证了参数设计的正确性,揭示了元件参数对移相控制的影响规律,并对振荡参数、死区时间等重要参数进行了优化设计。

Abstract:In this thesis, the series resonant induction heating power supply is mainly discussed. Adopting phase-shifting control chip UC3879, full-bridge zero-voltage-switching control circuit is designed in this paper. The phase-shifting PWM waveform, which is consistent with theoretical analysis, is obtained,and phase-shitting range from 0° to 180° degree is realized. Correctness of parameter design is verified through experimental analysis. Influence regularity of component on phase-shifting control is put forward, and some important parameters are optimized such as oscillation parameters and delay time.
