| 摘 要： | 发展和完善新型农民合作经济组织,可以形成农民收入增长的长效机制,增强农民市场竞争能力,完善农业社会化服务体系,提升农业整体素质和综合效益.发展农民新型合作经济组织,应结合各地的具体情况,逐步解决发展过程中出现的问题,引导农民按照合作制和股份合作制的一些基本要求,逐步向多模式、网络化、区域化的方向发展.

| Abstract: | Developing and perfecting new farmer's cooperation economic organization,can form the long term effect mechanism of the farmer's income growth,strengthen the farmer's market competition ability,perfect agriculture socialization service system,promote the whole diathesis of agriculture and synthesis benefit.Developing the farmer's new cooperation economic organization,should combine with the concrete circumstance of everyplace,resolve the problem appearing in the process gradually,guide farmers to cooperate according to the cooperation system and the shares system regulation,and develop towards to multimode,networks and regional direction. |
