| 摘 要： | 当前，桉树人工林经营存在3个主要问题：人工林地土壤养分失衡；人工林经营管理粗放；人工林结构单一。文章针对这些问题提出相应的3个对策：珏须培肥地力，增强桉树抗逆性；调整树种结构，提高林分生态稳定性；科学管理，加强科技成果的推广和应用。

| Abstract: | At present, there are three problems in eucalyptus plantation operation, namely, the unbalance of soil nutrient; the poor management on plantation and the single structure of the plantation. Based on these three problems, the article provides three countermeasures, including improving the soil nutrient to enhance eucalyptus resistibility, adjusting the structure of planning for increasing the stability of plantafion＇s ecology, and scientific management to strengthen the generalization and applications of technical achievement. |
