地方高校区域经济社会服务体系的构建研究

地方高校作为思想源和创新基地,可以为所在区域提供源源不断的知识供给、智力支持和人才支撑,是推动区域经济社会发展的重要力量;同时具有鲜明特色的区域经济体为地方高校特有的学术环境、科研氛围的形成和特色学科的发展创造了有利的条件。文章首次提出了＂基于协同式学习的地方高校区域经济社会服务体系＂的综合概念,对其内涵实质系统地进行了研究和实证分析,并就此提出地方高校推动区域经济社会发展的相关措施和建议。

Research on Social Service System of Local Colleges and Universities for Regional Economy and Society

Local colleges and universities can provide the endless supply of knowledge,intellectual support,and personnel support,as a source of ideas and innovation based on the region,which is an important force to promote the development of regional economy and society;at the same time,regional economy system with distinct characteristics can create favorable conditions for local colleges and universities on their unique academic environment,research situations and characteristics of disciplines.This paper first established a comprehensive concept"social service system of local colleges and universities for regional economy based on cooperative learning",analyzed this concept,and made some proposals and empirical study about the institution construction which can promote the development of regional economy and society.
