自然保护区生态经济矛盾解析

自然保护区与其社区之间,由于争夺土地及其他资源的利用权而引发的冲突,是自然保护区特殊的生态经济矛盾。造成矛盾的主要原因是经济系统落后的资源利用方式,保护区的建立进一步加剧了原来的矛盾,同时由于社区经济系统缺乏变革的条件,所以这一矛盾难以的待解决。在大系统观念的指导下,解决的思路在于社区经济的发展,即社区的脱贫致富是解决保护区生态经济矛盾的突破口。
