| 摘 要： | 作为一种典型的现代物流运作方式，第三方物流受到了社会各界的密切关注。然而，在我国第三方物流的发展却不容乐观，对此，需方企业必须转变思想，顺应潮流发展；物流供应商应努力提升综合实力，不断增强服务功能，提高服务水平；此外，政府要大力支持、科学调控，唯其如此，第三方物流才能得到快速发展。
