| 摘 要： | 针对目前质量管理体系运行的现状，从质量策划、持续改进、质量培训三个方面就如何提升地震勘探质量管理体系的有效性作了阐述。提出评价一个体系运行的有效性，不仅关心组织所取得的绩效，同时也要关注组织为顾客创造价值的质量经营理念。

| Abstract: | According to the status of management system operation, how to improve the effectiveness of seismic exploration quality management system is explained from three aspects： quality planning, continuous improvement and quality training. It is pointed out that an evaluation on the effectiveness of one system operation not only concerns with the achieved performance of the organization, but also the quality management concept of the organization in creating value for customers. |
