基于碳排放角度的服务业内部结构优化研究——以吉林省为例

绿色服务业的发展方兴未艾，并在经济发展中扮演着日益重要的功能角色，基于碳排放角度研究服务业的优化问题，有利于正确判断和把握服务业发展政策。运用IPCC法测算了2004—2010年吉林省各服务行业的平均碳排放量，得出交通运输、仓储和邮政业，批发、零售业、住宿和餐饮业等传统行业属于碳排放量高的服务行业；再运用灰色关联法分析各服务行业的碳排放影响，发现交通运输、仓储和邮政业，租赁和商务服务业对服务业碳排放的影响较大；卫生、社会保障和社会福利业，水利、环境和公共设施管理业对服务业碳排放影响较小。得出碳排放量与碳排放影响之间存在差异的结论。

A Research on the Optimization of Services Inter-structure Based on Carbon Emission --Taking Jilin Province for Example

The development of green service remains unfolding, which plays an increasingly important functional role in economic development. A study on the optimization of service inter - structure based on carbon emission helps to judge and grasp service industry development policies properly. First, this paper calculates the average carbon e- missions of the services industry in Jilin Province in 2004 -2010 by using the IPCC method and gets the conclusion that transport, storage and postal services, wholesale, retail, accommodation and catering industry and other tradi- tional industries belong to high carbon emission service industry. Then, it analyzes the impact of carbon emissions of various service industries by using gray correlation analysis method and finds out that transport, storage and postal services, leasing and commercial services have a greater impact on carbon emission of the service sector, while health service, social security and welfare, irrigation works, environment and communal facilities services have a smaller impact. Finally, the conclusion that there exist differences between carbon emission and its effect is reached.
