| 摘 要： | 山东省批发和零售业发展呈现出地区不平衡的状况.在这一背景下,正确评价不同地区批发和零售业的效率尤为重要.利用数据包络分析方法（DEA）对山东省17个市批发和零售业的技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率进行分析.实证结果表明,省内大部分地区批发和零售业的效率有待进一步提高,城市之间批发和零售业效率存在较大差异,但与东、中、西部经济发展水平不完全成正相关.大部分城市批发和零售业处于规模报酬递减和不变的阶段.

| Abstract: | The wholesale and retailing development in Shandong Province is regionally imbalanced, so the as- sessment of wholesale and retailing efficiency in different regions becomes important. An empirical study is conduc- ted of the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency teen cities of Shandong Province by adopting DEA model. And the results sh of the wholesale and retailing in seven- ow that the wholesale and retailing efft- ciency in most regions needs further improvement; the wholesale and retailing efficiency varies greatly in different cit- ies while it is not positively correlated with the economic development level in East, Middle and West China; and that the wholesale and retailing in most cities is in the phase of decreasing scale return and invariability |
