演进路径、产业粘性与市场适宜性——对农村服务业理论演进及发展现状的分析

农村服务业是植根于农村的产业，与农民的生产、生活密切相关，天生具有“农”字特色，因此农村服务业与城市服务业在产业粘合方面有不同的对象，产业演化也应该具有其自身成长的路径。从中国农村服务业发展上看，因为历史与现实上的原因，中国农村服务业的演化先天不足、后期发展受到制约，尚没有走出低水平陷阱，对农村的产业粘性不足，与农村市场的适应性相对缺乏。通过运用数据包络模型分析当前农村服务业发展状况，认为农村服务业并不完全适宜农村产业，目前仍然处于城市服务业延伸的阶段。

Evolution Path,Industry Stickiness and Market Suitability On the Theory Evolution and Development of the Rural Service

Rooted in rural industry and born with ＂farmer＂ characteristics, rural service industry is closely relat- ed to rural life and rural production. Rural service industry and city services have different objects in the aspect of industry stickiness, and rural industry evolution should also have its own growth path. For historical and realistic rea- sons, the evolution of the Chinese rural services is deficient and its late -stage development is constrained. Chinese rural services are still backward, lacking sufficient viscosity to rural industry and adaptability to rural markets. The paper analyzes the current development status of the rural service industry by using DEA model, and proves that rural service industry is not completely suitable for rural industry, which is still an extended stage of city service industry.
